This simple recipe for alfredo can easily be adapted to your needs and ingredients

Ingredients
Main Ingredients
1packagePasta NoodlesLinguine or Penne are ideal, but use what you have
1lbMeatChicken, Shrimp, or Ham are ideal.
1/2lbMushroomsOptional
1jarStore bought white sauce
2tbspParmesan Cheese
2cupsFrozen diced mixed vegetablesI prefer Peas & Carrots, but use what you have
Spices
1tbspGarlic Powder
1tbspOnion Powder
1tspSaltSkip if cooking with Ham
1tspPepper
Instructions
Boil a pot of water. Cook the noodles per the instructions on the package.
Defrost frozen vegetables in the microwave.
Dice the meat into 1 inch chunks of not already small (such as when using shrimp)
Pan fry the meat/mushrooms with the spices until mostly cooked.
Add jar of white sauce and defrosted vegetables to the meat.
Cover, reduce to low heat, simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Add parmesan to taste. Serve.
Notes
If fresh onions are preferred over onion powder, dice 1 large onion and cook with meat/mushrooms.
Spices listed are suggestions, adjust spices to taste.
Leftover sauce can be frozen and reheated in the microwave for easy meals in the future. I prefer half cup portions for individual meals, but do what works for you.
