Roast Potatoes

Simple and delicious roast potatoes

Equipment

  • 1 Large mixing bowl
  • 1 Large Casserole Dish
  • 1 Oven

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Potatoes Ideally Russet, but use whatever you have
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil Other oils are fine if Olive not available
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (215°C).
  • Dice potatoes into 1 inch cubes.
  • Combine potatoes, oil, and spices in mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly.
  • Place in casserole dish. Bake for about 25 minutes, or until cooked.

Notes

  • Yukon Golds also work well for this recipe.
  • Spices listed are a baseline, adjust to taste.
  • Cooking time could be longer depending on your oven and the depth of the potatoes in the casserole dish.
