Roast Potatoes
Simple and delicious roast potatoes

Equipment
- 1 Large mixing bowl
- 1 Large Casserole Dish
- 1 Oven
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Potatoes Ideally Russet, but use whatever you have
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil Other oils are fine if Olive not available
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (215°C).
- Dice potatoes into 1 inch cubes.
- Combine potatoes, oil, and spices in mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly.
- Place in casserole dish. Bake for about 25 minutes, or until cooked.
Notes
- Yukon Golds also work well for this recipe.
- Spices listed are a baseline, adjust to taste.
- Cooking time could be longer depending on your oven and the depth of the potatoes in the casserole dish.
