Ingredients
Noodles
- 1 Package Noodles Whatever kind you like
Sauce

Spices
- 1 tsp Salt

- 1 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 tbsp Italian Themed Spice Mix
Instructions
- Put a large pot of water on. Use it to cook the noodles per the instructions on the package.
- Fry the meat and/or mushrooms in oil, in sauce pan, on medium heat, until they are nicely browned. Add the spices while they cook.
- Reduce heat on sauce pan to low. Add tomatoes, sauce, and pasta. Simmer on low for 10-15 minutes.

Notes
- If fresh onions are preferred over onion powder, dice 1 large onion and cook with meat/mushrooms.
- Spices listed are suggestions, adjust spices to taste.
- Leftover sauce can be frozen and reheated in the microwave for easy meals in the future. I prefer half cup portions for individual meals, but do what works for you.
